WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Before a RĒAUX|LUXĒ package is mailed, each of your custom items are carefully inspected to perfection. None of our products cannot be refunded or exchanged. In each description field, scents and items are described to their fullest potential. Also, customer reviews and feedback are public which are there to add an extra insight. In the event the package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at reauxluxe@gmail.com and we will do our dest to get the issue resolved as soon possible. Nothing gives us more pleasure of knowing that you will enjoy your RĒAUX|LUXĒ products and we pride ourselves on superb customer service.

DID YOU READ YOUR WARNING LABEL?

Please take note to the Candle Warning label places on the bottom surface of your candle. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets.

WHAT'S EXPECTED FROM MY PRODUCT?

All Candles are Hand mixed, made and poured. So, please consider imperfections such as: slightly off-centered labeling, markings on the surface of the jar, wax levels, etc. However, these will not have any impact on your Luxury Candle.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. 


Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of your order. 

HOW TO BURN CANDLE PROPERLY?

Allow Candle to burn for at least 1-2 hours after lighting for a premium, evenly scented large room.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
